Rebecca is an operations expert who helps clients connect the dots between strategy and results. Want to know how to travel the distance between where you are and where you want to go? Rebecca’s the person you need to see.

She is currently the chief operations officer of CoCreate Studios, a boutique creative agency dedicated to helping businesses own their stories with custom video, photography, design, and copywriting. Among the areas under her purview are quality assurance, hiring, training, and promoting employee development; implementing processes and analyzing their effectiveness, and improving productivity and efficiency.

Before joining CoCreate, Rebecca spent six years as chief operations officer at NeoNiche Strategies, where she directed business operations and provided day-to-day leadership, including logistics and staffing, team training, program support, and client reporting. Rebecca shines brightest when leading service-driven organizations through challenging circumstances, achieving competitive advantage and increasing the bottom line.

Rebecca uses her hospitality operations background to increase productivity and exceed company objectives, no matter the challenge. She spent three years a general manager at Archstone and held executive positions at Sheraton and Hilton hotels as well. During that time, she was responsible for revenue generation, marketing, expense control, guest services, training, contract negotiations, vendor relations, and budgeting.

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s in business administration with honors from Andrews University. She serves as an instructor for Arlington Chamber of Commerce’s Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) and has volunteered with the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, American Diabetes Association, and the National Marathon. She finds inspiration in the outdoors and is an avid runner, cyclist, and hiker.
